Reading since it was an inspiration for Eiji Yoshikawa who wrote Musashi

Reading about the Aum terrorist attack in Japan in 1995 from the victims point of view is truly fascinating. It does highlight how society typically focuses more on the perpetrators but not so much on the people that were affected. I’m happy that Murakami-san made this book and I look forward to completing it.

My goal went from reading 30+ books, to just being able to finish this masterpiece of a book. This month is the month 😤

It’s so cool seeing the manga adaption of the book I’m still reading and how they change subtle and major things to match the new format

This is such an amazing book. Honestly one of, if not my favorite book. But maannn is it long. And every page has the smallest font ever. On to trying to finish this by end of the year.

But spoiler, if it continues like this, I’m going to 5 star it. Easily.
