Super good so far. It’s grittier and more grounded than I am used to but it’s engaging

The entire first third of this was so hard to get through because of how childish and annoying the MC is. Luckily once there isn’t only one character it gets a lot more interesting though. The science and concepts are awesome, the story telling though, not so much

The plot isn’t very strong or complicated but there is a decent amount of buildup and intrigue into how the cards work and the infection etc. looking forward to seeing what the author does with it
