When this book picks up it picks up. I need to know what happens!

What in the world is happening?

It’s really starting to pick up. I’m glad I stuck with it at this point

It’s slow so far but I’m intrigued

Idk why but the number of pages in the book is wrong lol and that is bothering me so I’m going by percents now.

This book is almost too thorough it’s getting repetitive.

This is by far one of the most thorough true crime books I’ve read. It covers so much of the public reaction to the senseless murders.

I can’t even imagine the trauma of seeing maggots crawling out of his ear like that.

How does one person have 5 guns “lost or stolen” in the span of 8 years…?

36h after the murders and they caught all 5 of the killers is crazy, since they didn’t have any ties to the victims. Impressive

If Harry really was just a witness and afraid for his life, the detective screed him over by telling Greg his name… We know that’s not the case but I wonder how many witnesses were harmed bc of these antics

I’ve never had a true crime book make me cry, the family reactions were so raw and truly captured the devastation

It’s written really well so far. I found thw last moments of the Amy and Jason to be quite sad.

I love how short the chapters are!

I’m really enjoying this book quite a bit, the narrator tho is the worst 😂 there have been multiple notes I’ve made calling her stupid or dumb.

Please tell me he’s not her son… 🤢

Omgoodness what am I reading! I did not see that coming!

This book is written in such a fun format, definitely better read in physical form.

The short chapters and cliffhangers at the end keep you hooked and wanting more.

It’s sucked me in, I can’t wait to see where the story goes

I’m loving the characters and the world building 🥰

The momentum of this book and the action has crawled to a stand still, I’m having to force myself to finish it. Which makes me sad

Girlie not taking those medications is a slippery slope.

At this point it reminds me so much of From Below by Darcy Coates

Once it switched POVs it has slowed down significantly. Which is such a bummer.
