Such a great premise, I think this could be great if the pace starts to pick up. I want some secrets revealed

So cute and interesting, however I wish there was more time devoted to character development. I feel we just breach the surface on who each character truly is. I like it a lot so far though

Very weird, not in a bad way but not scary

Not too impressed so far, things are very slow-moving. I want to see what happens though, and I sympathize with Gray.

Nugent does such a good job with characterization. Lydia is despicable I hate her so much, and Laurence I honestly both sympathize with and hate. I like when an author can make me both love and hate a character in the same moment.

Ok i was reading some of the one star reviews of people who said there was “no action” but SO much is happening. This reminds me of “Little Cruelties” so much in the amazingly portrayed family dynamics.

def feeling a slow burn with this one. i adored “little cruelties” by nugent, but was put off and bored by unraveling oliver. i’m exited to see where this falls.

Wow. this book is so dark but i’m hooked

The reviews for this aren’t great, but I like it. If you aren’t interested in character analysis and family dynamics, this isn’t for you. I’m curious as to how this will end.

i could not get in to this, i can’t see myself finishing it. i loved my year of rest and relaxation but the rest of her books are not doing it for me.

I thought i wouldn’t be able to get into it, but I definitely am into it now. This is making me see how much Ruth Ware’s One by One was a knockoff of this lol

I know i’m not gonna put this down until I’m finished. I was hesitating to pick this up but im so glad I did.

I like this book more than I thought i would. Jola’s diary entries are riveting & provide more insight than Sven’s egocentric narration fueled by lust. I’m exited to see how this ends

Theo and Sven are insufferable. Msogynistic, self serving and just irrationally angry. The women are the redeeming quality in the book for me, as I root for them as of now.

Seems like our narrator could be unreliable. He seems pretentious but I want to know each character more.
