Reading after watching the show. The show was a surprise for me and I ended up binging the whole 25 episodes in a weekend. As of volume 3, it’s still very good but I would recommend the show over the manga. I think the translation of country accent doesn’t work as well in text as it does on the screen.
Watch the show. It’s a real treat. I don’t say that often.

I’m counting the entire story as one book, so instead of this counting for 6 “books”, it’ll just be one when I’m done

I will not be counting *most* books I’ve read to our son, otherwise I would have met my reading goal for this year already.

Each short story has been a wonderfully crafted sojourn into new worlds that are similar enough to ours if only someone had pulled a little too hard on some of the loose strings of our society for too long. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed what I’ve read so far.
