So tedious and long

UGH- spook’s character change is way too abrupt. His original voice has been lost to a Kelsier/elend/noble way of speaking. Stop saying therefore!! I don’t care that you don’t have an eastern dialect anymore, why would you suddenly start using therefore??
I think that character changes can be shown without making it so abrupt and discordant

Honestly, I really miss Kelsie’s and the awesomeness of the first book. Elend is a bit of a bland character, who is obviously favoured by the author, and keeps being presented as the better Kelsier…. But he just isn’t.
Also, I’m sick of the trying to paint Kelsier as horribly flawed while Elend is perfect! gah!!
Also age gap stuf and the pushing aside of vin sucks.

Borrrrrring. What a bland and annoying character. And boring worldbuilding! And boring dialogue that sometimes doesn’t make sense for the plot (why was she talking about how she never expected these things to be real when she was imprisoned by literally monsters for years?) also this plot is so borin. I hate that the only drama is unlocking her so called far ancestry and her random crush on this random boring guy

Book is so good- amazing to read this side by side with dune chapterhouse- really illuminated frank herberts mind + inner philosophies

Hot take- I do like Bella’s personality but not to be rude to Bella and Edward… but their conversations are so BLAND! How am I supposed to believe you’re falling in love when you guys barely speak ….
