Maybe I just don’t vibe with the author’s writing style but I am confused by the high average rating for this one ngl,,,,,maybe the next 20% is banger content,,,,,

This is maybe not the best book for audiobook format consumption but I’m in too deep to stop now

I have a feeling this is gonna be a struggle to finish. I’m not bored yet but I will be if this book is just going to be stories of a child committing petty theft

I decided to borrow this book because the one star reviews had me intrigued and already the author has gotten on my bad side by using Killing Eve as an example of unhelpful “one dimensional” sociopath representation. The only sociopath connected to that show was writer Laura Neal lmao I will not be accepting Villanelle slander at this time

I’m appreciating the very heavy handed use of the names of previously killed off queer characters. Now I just hope they make it out of this book alive 😅
