i love listening to this at work i feel like im hyping myself up

listening to this at work and honestly it’s great background noise. most of it is silly comments about how artists are so different than the rest of us but some good points

i’m so bother by the plot i honestly just wish this story was from one pov maybe i would like it more

the whole plot of this book bothers me

i don’t like the manufactured confusion this story would be so much better if it wasn’t so back and forth where i struggle to remember who is who

i don’t like the back and forth between present and 1800s

this book is just like the wrong paris mirando cosgrove movie

i’m on chapter 10. i don’t know how i feel about all the back and forth i have been getting confused on the story line

i’m so embarrassed for them every other chapter

so did i look up the ending yes… will i still finish the book yes

the second half of the book i agree with a bit more. that if we want to advance as a society we need to build things that are resilient and allow people to do the work vs keep them out of the country

their point on affordability of housing is strong

at the part about high speed rail. i feel myself not really agreeing with their takes in this book. we can’t have our cake and eat it too (aka protect nature and have high speed rail right through it). i think the authors are being too biased towards development
