I started a physical Reading Journal this year, and decided to retroactively fill it out for my 2025 since it is for 2 years. Man it is fun, but also a lot more than i anticipated. I did finish the book bracket for 2025 where you pick your fav book of each month of the year and they battle it out to find out which one is the book of the year! That's so fun!
