Trying to keep up with the cast of characters. I don't know what the missing artist's tool that Lord Wimsey refers to early on would be. I think the whole thing is a red herring. But I am enjoying the trip around the Scottish countryside.

The Minotaur
Fascinating story - more of a character study than a cozy or a procedural. A very good read.

Interesting read! I love the study of the characters and commentary made by young Kerstin.

Really getting into it. I like Joe, the detective and his sidekicks. We'll see.

Personal safety and privacy.... Are you as safe as you think you are in your own bed? Do security measures just advertise that you have something to steal? The folks in this small Derbyshire village are beginning to wonder.

The Casual Vacancy
This story is a gritty, mult-layered, personality laden tale without a driving plot so far. The reader is being introduced to the whole dysfunctional town. I think that something will develop in the next 400 pages, but I don't have the interest to hang in there. There is no question that it is skillfully written. But a compelling read? Not for me.

Finding Camlann
This book has me (re)fascinated by the Arthurian legends. I interrupted my reading today to watch a documentary by Michael Wood on the topic. I am also finding locations on google maps. I am getting pulled into the world Sean Pigeon creates in his novel and loving it.

Finding Camlann
The reviewer wrote, "If you are a fan of Arthur and Camelot, literary detective fiction, fiction set in Wales, or A.S. Byatt’s Possession, I recommend Finding Camlann." I am so, I opening to page 1. Sigh.
