I’m glad I’m continuing this book after finishing two courses that covered this topic (hormones and behaviour + stress and mental health)

I feel like audiobooks feel so much slower BUT it’s acc starting to grow on me and I kinda like it. In terms of the book, the male character is such a CREEEPPPP and I think I’ve made the connection that Al and Nick are the same person.

First (technically) audio book 🤭🎧 lowkey a bit hard to focus compared to traditional reading but still giving it a shot!
