I’m not loving the authors writing style thus far. He is clearly, incredibly knowledgeable about that he’s writing about, but is susceptible to going on long tangents about information that any bug Beatles fan likely already knows.

So far I’m really enjoying this one! I haven’t had the clear mind to finish a page, let alone a whole book. I’ve been listening to the audiobook of this; read by Robert Leonard.

The book reads like a diary from a biased narrator. After reading Tart’s later book (Goldfinch) I went in with high expectations. So far they are being met whole heartedly.
