Over 1-2 way through and my girl, Sonja, is killing it! I’ve always loved her writing and I can’t wait to finish this epic conclusion!

So far I have DNF. I just don’t think this couple is working for me. But I’ll read other Rina books for sure!!

Look…I admit I’m obsessed. I may not understand all the world building but damn do I understand the body language and the tension and the subtext. I love a slow burn that is set up well and then the Big Bang is so worth it. Ya’ll I can be a picky bitch when it comes to books. If I ain’t feeling it, I dnf with no regrets. I’m feeling this one!!

Skimming some… wanting to get to the good parts…

Early in… hoping I get pulled in otherwise I’m skimming to the smexy scenes and then putting back on my shelf

The awkwardness of these two as teens in the flashbacks is brilliant haha I get a bit of secondhand embarrassment and memories of my self as a teen.

The Nightmare cracks me up and parts of me (big part) wishes he’d be the love interest. 😝

How I’d expect it… amazing so far!

I’m looking to be destroyed peeps… I have yet to find a book that renders me a sopping pile of mush… unless you count Fault in Our Stars and that wasn’t totally a romance yet I walked around in a daze for days.

This book is getting me excited for May! Racing here in Indy is a blast!
