The writing is amazing. AMAZING. I went completely blind into this book expecting absolutely nothing because it isn’t something I would usually pick up, but this book just keeps surprising me with the story and the writing. It is soo intriguing and it’s so hard to stop.

It’s soo interesting and I’m loving how different it is, the style, the notes etc. I already have some guesses but I don’t want to speculate too much.

Finally something. So much better than the first book.

Finally Freya lusting over Byorn’s dick isn’t the whole plot of the book.

Kinda weird but intriguing

It’s very good, a bit predictable but still very enjoyable. I’m very interested in how it will end.

For now I am really enjoying this book. Shafak writes beautifully and her themes and character exploration are so very unique. The story lines are very interesting and keep me hooked while also teaching me some history.
