Ugh. The FMC's fiancé is involved in an accident and is severely injured, when he was supposed to be out of town for a week. The FMC barely questions anyone about the accident. The aspects of the accident are such a major part of the story that its just ridiculous for the author to allow the FMC to basically ignore the cause of the accident which makes it extraordinarily difficult to accept the story as a whole.
