I should have finished days ago since I'm actively reading but it's not holding my attention. I like both characters but it's just fluff. And how does Shaw actually make any money or pays rent? He doesn't do anything that makes money. When Elijah has a class working Shaw is sitting at home. Is he independently wealthy from a trust?

Since I'm listening to the audio book I guess I'm about 60% based on the time left. I'm having issues with this book, I like the characters but there isn't much to the book other than sex, battle, sex again. I already stopped to listen to a novella. Stopping a book to read another book is not a good thing but I will finish it just not sure it will be today.

I can't believe it could get any worse, these are the most amoral, unprofessional supposedly professional people I've ever read in one book. Is there one decent person in this fucking book?

I'm nearly halfway through the book and its not only that I don't like Sean the main character but I don't care about him either. The author has not given me anything to like, there is no character depth to him whatsoever. He's arrogant, conceited, self centered and a nymphomaniac. I'm really trying to finish this book but there is just nothing here so far
