“It is no good trying to escape you. But I’m glad, Sam. I cannot tell you how glad. Come along! It is plain that we were meant to go together. We will go, and may the others find. safe road! Strider will look after them. I don’t suppose we shall see them again.”

“Yet we may, Mr Frodo. We may,” said Sam.

So Frodo and Sam set off on the last stage of the Quest together.

“But I am going to Mordor.”
“I know that well enough, Mr Frodo. Of course you are. And I’m coming with you.”

‘The tenth day of their journey was over. Wilderland was behind them. They could go no further without the choice between the east-way and the west. The last stage of the quest was before them’. how much longer do we have left with boromir 😣

‘a king returning from exile to his own land.’ oh aragorn how i love you

“Fly, you fools!” he cried, and he was gone.

“What are you going to do then?” asked Pippin, undaunted by the wizards bristling brows.

“Knock on the doors with your head, Peregrin Took” said Gandalf. “But if that does not shatter them, and I am allowed a little peace from foolish questions, I will seek for the opening words.”

“A nice pickle we have landed ourselves in, Mr Frodo!” i’m very emotional

omg gandalf will you shut the fuck up

‘You were very fond of Bilbo were you not?’ he asked. ‘Yes,’ answered Frodo. ‘I would rather see him than all the towers and palaces in the world.’

‘not to mention strider, should take so much trouble to show me so much kindness.’ i love aragorn so much it’s insane

‘I am Aragorn son of Arathorn; and if by life or death I can save you, I will.’ i’m kicking my feet

strider is here so i’m gonna go brush my teeth hover my room etc then get a cuppa and continue
