Day 2✅ (I did read it yesterday) it kinda sucked like it took me a minute to realize the love interest (it’s 20 pages mind you) and then I still didn’t see a connection. 2⭐️ (most,y because day one was absolutely horrid in comparison)

I know almost everyone is hating the writing, even though I understand it’s translated from French it still sucks🫣 while the author may be fine, the editors could have 100% tried harder. You don’t translate a book then leave everything the same bc the translation aren’t gonna be perfect. English is a strange language, it takes effort to make it make sense.
Apart from the writing I’m still hating it.

With Goodreads talking away yet another thing we didn’t ask for I would like to say Fable offers pm’s, book clubs, half stars, and you can transfer your Gr’s data over. Apparently, I’m reading nonfiction now.

When is JLB just gonna let go of the inheritance games. I haven’t even read the 4th (well I started it but it sucked that bad… and my philosophy is how can the rest be any better🤣🤣) like I KNOW she could write another hit series. I love the naturals & the original inheritance games. So why are we clinging on to literally nothing (yes, I plan on reading the rest or until it’s unbearable.)

I can’t decide if I’m invested or just read it…
