This book kept me so engaged and guessing. I was so preoccupied with trying to figure out if and when Ruby and Eleanor would cross paths. The way that the women were treated, the babies- it was truly heartbreaking and while I know this is fiction, I know that it isn't far fetched. This could almost be classified as a horror.
