Giving this one a second chance! I decided to take a break from it ( like a year ago, because it was dragging a tad and well, I don’t think I was in the mood for a slower read plot wise even if I had liked the first one so much.) Now that plot summaries online have refreshed my mind a bit I’m ready to get back into it because I’m sure it’s really good, and I’m really attached to Fitz and the Fool!

Everytime a Stark sibling yearns to be reunited with the rest I have to put the book down for a bit,and that’s why this is a long read.

My last read (A Feast for Crows) left me quite sad and a bit overwhelmed, so I just flipped the script completely and downloaded this on my ebook, mainly because I watched the movies like three years ago and could NOT stop laughing. Also I’m a bit curious about this saga ngl because it was HUGE back in the day, so it can’t be that bad right? Fingers crossed I’ll enjoy it a bit at least!

I DON'T care how the show went, if Brienne and Jamie don't end up together in the books, imma riot, their relationship development is TOO GOOD and they're narrative foils,etc don't get me started!!
Also can the Starks (and yes that includes my boy Jon) get a fuckin rest
