It’s Deborah Levy film adaptation summer! Saw that swimming home has a movie coming out (and Hot Milk is coming out in July!!) so trying to reread as much of it as I can before I go see it tomorrow (I read it in 2021 and gave it 5* but can’t remember what happens? Shame upon my house!!)

I don’t know how I’m going to get through this it is half in kinda Russian gibberish and I’m also agog at the policemen being renamed millicents (my biblical name) is it a play on the word militants? (my mums nickname for me)
