lowkey just getting excited to read a new book

the secret history was like one of my fave books i’ve ever read so am hyyyped for this

this boring ahhhh book

we’re sooooooooo back (reading a book from the 1800s)

wait i didn’t know it was dystopian. what am i doing hereee

i started this morning and from the get-go i wrote this off as far too gen Z for me to feel any connection to but I kind of can’t stop reading.. it’s like grossly addictive

started reading tired asf last night and had to reread the second sentence three times and it still doesn’t make grammatical sense???

(this is not a criticism about my interest in the book also i quickly understood the prose is deliberate but that sentence still doesn’t make sense 😭)
