Lowkey I might DNF this one for now—it is good and like a solid cozy story but the slower pacing is not vibing w what I need bc I feel like it’s rly hard to want to pick up

cried like 5 times in the last 30 pages istg

the concept for this one is so interesting, and the writing style is very engaging and fast-paced fs

ngl this is probably like my least fav of hers thus far (I only have 50 pages left so imma power through) but the characters/the relationship feels iffy like they don’t seem to have chemistry and there’s so much “not like other girls” content and then addressing it but acting like the mmc is NOT guilty of it when he absolutely is it’s v annoying atm

cannot believe he just referred to how he looks at her as how Levin looks at Kitty ATE DOWN

this was a phenomenal book—probably one of my favorites of this year—i love how it explored the different possibilities and all of the characters were so easy to connect with. definitely felt un-put downable despite it covering some difficult topics. 5 ⭐️ for sure
