I really liked the anecdotes/parables, the one about the monk trying to meditate and kept getting distracted and then he realized the point js to be able to meditate even when there are distractions. Makes me think about how you should be able to stay calm even when life is stressful because theres never a perfect environment to do something. Confused that thinking is bad? Like if your job sucks then u should b sad
