This was a difficult one and the end made me see that even though she made all these changes, it doesn’t matter. The Dr who kept her in the asylum was still respected and able to still practice even after his abuse was uncovered. He was still respected.

This was a difficult book but so powerful.

I have been really thinking about jumping ship and only using Fable and Storygraph. They actually update and have better systems than Goodreads.

Setting my goal for 2025 at 50. Unsure of how much reading I’ll do once I enter my Graduate program

Are they ever gonna update Goodreads? There’s just so much potential… I tend to prefer Storygraph 🤫

In no way do I find myself religious but God gave her such an important role in this fight for women in middle eastern countries!
