Some pretty good advice overall - definitely need to read with a grain of salt for some advice, and read carefully for when certain advice would apply (and when you really should NOT do certain things suggested here, at work). Excited to move on from the “behaviors” section to the the “beliefs” section.

Really interesting insights into religion, spirituality, and the evolution of spiritual teachings throughout history. I am really surprised by how much I’m liking this and enjoying it 👀
