If we want to see what it looks like to perfectly bear God’s image, then we need to look to Jesus.

Our calling as icons of Christ doesn’t go away in the new heavens and new earth. We will not stop being and bearing God’s image, because it’s an enduring reality of what it means to be human.

Finally the big reveal. My daughter is enjoying this story.

Im on the afterword

There is something fishy going on and the narrator knows it by now.

As you grow in your relationship with Jesus, the fruit of the Spirit will help you see the ways God is changing you. Your faith in Jesus has made you new. God has given you a new identity in Christ, he is renewing your heart so you desire the things that please him, and he is molding you into his image.

All hell breaks loose on the cow race. My daughter is laughing.

Wow what a happy, slow burn that helps you savor every bit of the ending. Great book

The plan was successful

The exciting part of the book. I hope it doesn't disappoint.

"We can only do the best we can with what we have. That, after all, is the measure of success: what we do with what we have."

"each of us has his place in the world, If we cannot serve in one way, there is always another, If we do what we are able, a door always open to something else."

REVIEW: By this point the book reminded me that Tyler is in his teens years because he did something totally stupid...in front of the enemy 😭😭😭

REVIEW: So far this volume is getting boring for me after the death of the drama professor and Bode's big reveal. I'm expecting to read something solid at the end of the book.
