DNF: maybe bcos I don't know a lot about the historical context but this book had me zoning out

DNF: I wanted to like this book but it felt so unrelatable and crass. The first two chapters centred about the archetype of unrequited relationships and gave me a sense of hopelessness. I really wanted to love this though :(

It’s familiar so far as I’ve watched Ali’s videos since 2020 but the lack of evidence is annoying which I understand since its concept counters hustle culture. Loved the mark rober ref

4.75 stars- read this in a single sitting & it was what I expected it to be but there were moments that made me cringe

i love tjr's writing style, this book got me out of a slump :) despite never having read from this genre, this book felt like a warm hug in the best way possible

I love the concept of this book & the rules but honestly the characters are a little hard to keep up with since they literally all start with k dbjfdkg

TJR never fails to surprise me with the plot of her books, her writing style >>
