It has taken a while to get into this one and I’ve been pretty consistently confused for the most part, but things seem to be adding up now. I think I like where it’s going. I especially like that, while I like where it’s headed, I have no idea where it’s headed. That’s what I like about Alex North’s books. They’re not so predictable.

A bit slow. It’s taking me a while to get through this one. Definitely not mg favorite of the series (at least not yet). Same beautiful writing though and characters that you want to be friends with in real life.
