Such a creative page turner, loving it.

Best description I could give is ok so far. I’m intrigued enough to keep going but I don’t think it’s stellar. I like the personal insights and the delving deeper into the author’s complicated relationship with her mother. The bit about beauty being something she just got from her mom and hasn’t earned is quite something.

World-building heavy. Interesting and complicated characters so far. Unusual mix or modern city landscape and fantasy vibes.

Intriguing so far, shaping up nicely. Adventurous, exciting and easy to read.

Fast-paced, more oriented on world-building than action compared to the first one. Enjoying it a lot, can’t bring myself to stop reading it.
