Thus far, the world-building is actually very serviceable (not necessarily « never done before », incredibly original and unphatomable, but certainly fine) and the writing is also very decent! Not « heartbreakingly gorgeous » quite yet, but MILES BETTER than the the average published fanfic (because SenLinYu always had decent prose). I’m tentatively hopeful?
