Reading this while the Ballad of Lucy Gray plays is strangely comforting. Highly recommend. Snow is being snow but a lil kinder. Love Maude Ivory and the goat. Doesn’t surprise me none they live in the Seams.

Well watched the movie and I much prefer how the book handles the games. Lucy Gray only doing what she needed to rather than the snakes taking everyone out. The pacing is a whole lot better. Interested to see what Snow gets up to as a Peacekeeper.
