Not what I expected, and not really my current vibe… might just keep it on my phone for vibe reading instead of scrolling, but it ain’t gonna be a priority.

I am enjoying this, but some things are a bit baffling, e.g. skipping a proper explanation of how to add wave functions, but simultaneously having a footnote explaining what a delta is.

I love this book, but I'm only occasionally dipping into a chapter once in a while. Currently unlikely to go to Seattle until 2029, so it makes me a bit sad to read it, so I'll just tick it as read once I get there.

I tried, and there were a handful of nice, powerful quotes in the first two sections. But honestly, I can't motivate myself to pick it up again because not all of the sections are relevant to me, and it's not like the first 50+ pages were particularly revelatory 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great book, I just don't have the mental capacity for it right now. I'll get back to it.

I can't continue with this book. It's completely all over the place because of the silly "chronological" structure. There are NO footnotes. Hardly any technical term is explained because each "chapter" is about 6 pages long. Possibly most frustratingly, my Kindle edition doesn't have links to the photographs and they're all at the back. Yes, in a book where each chapter focuses on one object! WTF.

I was told this was going to have Gale Dekarios vibes, but unless they mean Albert, I am disappointed on that front; feels more like Astarion cosplaying as a wizard if a comparison is to be made. Fairly enjoyable otherwise, though.

Not really vibing with the sapphic/poly thing, but it's my own fault for not reading more about the plot. Shamelessly inserting ascended Astarion into the main character role makes it a little better. Nicely written.
