The writing is SO different to her other books (and not in a good way) — I’m cringing every other page

Idk how to feel. I’m wildly uncomfortable about multiple plot points… I’ll muster through until I can’t anymore I guess

ughhh I love bk borison

This feels like attempted Veronica mars humor and it’s a bit cringe

Watching Twisters while reading this is definitely helping 🌪️

The first two were so action packed compared to this one (but I’m not mad about it)

Hoping I can finish this after my movie and then buddy read a book with my mom!!

For someone who vehemently hates when characters are musicians, I don’t mind the fact that they both are one bit

It’s so nice finally feeling fully immersed in a story 🥰

What Lewis Hamilton fan fiction am I reading right now? “I’d like to thank everyone back at the factory…” “He’s a seven time world champion (tied only with one of the greats from the past).”

Hoping to finish this today, it’s so bingeable!!

This is so fun so far

He’s so cute 🥰

Does this get better/more interesting?? Because I’m bored as fuck rn

This is VERY different than I was anticipating…

Finally have time to get back into this!!

Come on Lyla Sage, don’t let me down!!

This guy is PISSING me off

this is suuuuper slow to get into, but I’m hoping it gets going soon

I can’t believe I have to wait however many months for vol 9

If you had told me six months ago that I would be so intrigued by a random little British girl named Emma in the 1800’s and the pages she writes in her journal every day, I would’ve laughed in your face

Jack Rhodes is a man in LOVE

Going from watching farmer wants a wife with my mom to reading this feels like perfect timing

Oh how I missed being in Skye

YESSS BRING BACK BANTER AND SECRET YEARNING

I feel like this is going to hurt (hopefully in a good way?)

Not loving the constant perspective switch (from person to person AND first- to third-person pov)

Every character in every one of her books is just CREEPY

This is really cute so far!
