Such a different writing style than im used to and i have no clue where this is going so far

I've never struggled so much, this writing isn't even like pulling you in... Ugh

I've never struggled this much with an RF Kuang book 😭

First time I'm struggling this much to get immersed into a book written by R.F. Kuang. Praying the tides turn soon.

Finally I get to read this.

The writing style of this compared to Circe is addictive. I struggled getting into Circe but it was one of the best books I've read, this has me hooked like a fish, the writing is inviting and suits the world and characters impeccably so far. 🥹
