Eye finally not swollen (I’m fine) was able to finish the chapter I left half finished but anyways finally made contact with the characters from the first book and I thought it was rlly cute n fun hehe

Had to pause mid chapter cuz I feel like my eye is somehow gettin more swollen… so I’m gonna sleep now and hope it stops😭 swear I have a new injury each month 💀

I feel v called out. “12 signs the only problem with ur life is that u think about it more than u live it” and then 2 of the signs are “u maladaptive daydream” and “you try to find comfort in over analyzing old things to make more sense of them” … this feels personal 💀😂

This essay was called “how to detox ur mind” which I thought was good timing to read while trying to calm down from smt that just happened but it actually just pissed me off more💀 i cant say “this is all wrong” , but not everything can be applicable to everyone and unfortunately this just made me go, (in the least concerning way possible pls dw): how am I surviving rn fr💀 (IM FINE LOL) but omfg

Wish there were some footnotes or smt for translations cuz I have to keep googling shit but it’s okay cuz I still read a hefty amount while being in pain LMAO so I feel proud of myself and the plot is gettin funnnn

Unfortunately this book did not make me zen today. I’m gonna crash out (and faint for a very diff reason but I also feel v faint rn) but it’s ok cuz I’m bringing my romance book with me to my errands LOL

I didnt realize this is about the side characters from the author’s first book “the Spanish love deception” I love that ! oo now I’m excited cuz I recall liking that book (besides the guy’s name being Aaron. ifykyk. LMAO)

My reaction to this essay: GOSH FRICKEN YES! x1000!! This literally speaks about whats been on my mind that I wish people would fricken understand but I’m gonna save my tangent for the comment section under this cuz this has a word limit so here’s some quotes instead:

Last 2 essays were very interesting. Truthfully got a bit lazy and didn’t pick up this book for a lil bit and I think it triggered my current bad luck , cuz my peace is being disturbed by crazy ppl (thieves and hackers all in the span of 2 weeks😭 I’m so tired. Idek how to adult , I’m just a 22 year old child).

Ok I didn’t wanna add this to my actual review under the book cuz I didn’t wanna spoil anyone but here’s my rant:

WhO TF SLEEPS WITH THEIR BEST FRIENDS FIANCÉ RIGHT AFTER SHE PASSES— THE DAY OF HER FUNERAL TOO?? And then label it as grieving?? That can’t be a thing! (Ok I googled it and apparently usin sex to grieve is a thing) bUt they also kissed before she passed so he did cheat! Like ?????

I don’t want to mark this as complete yet till I can write a solid review but it is currently 5am and I am incapable of doing as such with tired eyes. I simply couldn’t put the book down tho. And now I’m in shock, disbelief, confusion, I’m juggling sm thoughts n feelings rn. I did cry but for random reasons? What a journey— I need to sleep but I’ll report back tomorrow 🤧 uGh I’m so pERPLEXED THO

I’m still writing my “call it what you want” review and it’s lowkey giving essay but I rlly care about this piece so much and want to handle it with such delicate care and if the amount of words becomes what it is, then it’s what this book deserves. I just Hope it being long doesn’t stop my review from getting pushed to the top cuz I want ppl to press the book and see my review cus I’m right.
