It was really interesting when Jay stood up to Tito Manning. They were fighting when he said, “You calling me a liar? Yes. I found the not under my desk”(Ribay 269). I really liked how he stood up to him like that.

I was suprised when Mia said “He’s a runner. Jay. It’s obvious. Things get hard, and he leaves”(Ribay 214). This isn’t really some i expected because i feel like Jay has always had this good image of Jin but this kinda changes it.

It was really interesting how Jun is very scared to talk to Tito Maning about his brother. I understand it is a very touchy subject but that’s the whole reason he came to the Philippines.

Jay has now met Jun's family. But, he knows they are hiding something when he thinks, "The DM from Jun's friend, the stolen letters, the list of names. There's more to Jun's story than anyone here is letting on"(Ribay 110). It is interesting how this family is keeping stuff from each other. Families are supposed to trust each other.

I didn’t think that Kuya’s parents would let him go when they said, “No, no way. It’s to expensive”(Ribay 45). I think this there were going to let them go because of the tragedy that had just happened in there family.
