Breaks my heart to say this, but this is not the Amy Harmon I devour and stay up late to read. In reality, it puts me to sleep. A long form miscommunication trope is frustrating and a waste of time for me because it’s SO predictable. It’s not a matter of IF it’s a matter of WHEN. I’m a die hard AH fan so I won’t put it on the DNF list but I’m tempted.

Mariana and the internal dialogue but the slow burn is usually worth it. We’ll see!

Amy Harmon is a beautiful soul and storyteller.

*I did not tandem read w/ EOS* HOW DOES SJM DO IT? She HAS to be fae. There’s no other option. This book is so good. I was actually dreading reading it because the POV is from different characters than the rest of the series but this has already exceeded ALL of my expectations and I still have 20% left to read.

Something tells me I should’ve done the tandem read 🤔

Reading this like The Odyssey - total epic reading experience. I already know that this series will live and die with me - even more so than ACOTAR. Sarah, dear, Sarah you are divine.
