make it satisfying. “what is immediately rewarded is repeated. what is immediately punished is avoided.” immediate satisfaction! visual measurements help w making progress(habit tracker, moving 1 item each time u do a thing, punch cards, etc). don’t break the chain! u can stack habit tracking after a current habit. when u miss a habit: never miss twice! habit contracts -make bad habits immediately unsatisfying
