This book is not what I’d hoped

This book really needs to have something interesting happen. It’s to the point where the MC isn’t even needed bc all she does is talk abt her brother.

Who would’ve guessed that the popularity of Tiki Cocktails, the mystery presence of Sweet Potatoes, and the modern misconception of where Polynesian Islanders originate from can all be traced back to the single greatest dunce misinformation spreader of all time; Thor Heyerdahl.

I like it but I need some plot to pick up soon

Fuck this book is good. I started it because I’m once again bored of the writing in Starving Saints and then couldn’t put it downnn

Sometimes this book is just so annoying in the way it’s written. It borders between fan-fiction and a detached fantasy determined to explain why the world’s magic works

Lenore has become strangely rattly and preachy and the book should just get on with it tbh. Also I realized I’ve been like pretty much only reading queer cannibal stories recently and my next two are such as well. Woopsie.
