Kirby had to use the restroom very bad, so he goes and while he’s in the toilet, he notices someone else comes in. It wasn’t until he realized that it was PJ, Mark kruger, and other people. Kirby heard PJ get hurt, but decided not to help because he didn’t want to risk getting punched by Mark. The only reason they got caught was because PJ had left his book bag in the farm, which had his name on it.

He invited a few friends over and sneaked out without his parents noticing. Outside they continued straight without taking any turns until they found a house. One of the teens has a crush on a girl that lives in that house which is why they went their. Out of no where the girl comes outside and the boys hide. The teen that has a crush on the girl thinks he's a ninja and turns into a "rock" and didn't get caught.

Currently the book is about a kid who doesn’t talk to his parents a lot because he goes to his room every time and stays on his phone. His mother said that she was going to look at his notebook and he didn’t want her to. He cursed at his parents and then they left him alone.

This book was phenomenal. It had a lot of dishes that I had no idea existed. Even though I didn’t get to try each and every one of them, it was still a nice book to read. Hell’s Kitchen has been both a mirror and catalyst for food trends. Winning Hell’s Kitchen is an absolute feat of stamina persistence and skill.

I have finished reading this book and tried a couple of recipes. I tried the cubano bread, fresh pasta, roasted chicken, hamburger, cookie, strawberry shortcake and etc. They turned out to be amazing. I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to cook, the directions were straight forward and it was good.

Carlos is starting Notes from a Young Black Chef (Adapted for Young Adults)
Onwuachi's love of food and cooking remained a constant throughout, even when he found the road to success riddled with potholes. As a young chef, he was forced to grapple with just how unwelcoming the world of fine dining can be for people of color, and his first restaurant, the culmination of years of planning, shuttered just months after opening.

He was kicked out of school and moved with his mom because he felt dumb for doing drugs. He then finds a job which is working for a ship which had to do with the deep water horizon oil spill in the gulf of Mexican and his position is a cook.

Currently the pages I’ve read have been very interesting. He talks about how he sold drugs during high school and got a lot of money from them. He also talks about a group he was in which was called B.A.B.Y. It was basically a group that beat people up. He also got caught selling drugs and was forced to do a drug test for his school. Turns out his pee was green meaning he failed the drug test.

Currently my book is about a young black chef who opens a restaurant in the beginning of the story in Washington. He also explains how he learned to cook from his mother and explains his childhood as a kid.
