What I do not fail to find particularly striking about this book is that it is so lyrically and beautifully written, that I forget I am reading a modern philosophical work and not a classic book. It just has that classic feel to it that I love.

I have a feeling this is going to be my new favorite book. The first chapter alone was just amazingly beautiful.

I am convinced Dostoyevsky is, indeed, the final boss of yapping.

Every time I read Lewis I am reminded yet again why he is my favorite author/apologist of all time 🥹❤️
