“No place for good people” was actually an astoundingly uncomfortable and unpleasant reading experience… i don’t care to even think about whether the story was good or worth telling. i guess the strong reaction it gave me is indicative of moshfegh’s storytelling abilities, but it left a bad taste in my mouth
