Reading it again, because I want to read the next one in the series.

Haven't actually started it yet, I'm still re-reading book 2, but thats all part of the fun.

I wish someone would tell this guy that Tillandsia and Spanish moss is the same thing, he keeps talking as if they're two seperate species. Spanish moss is called Tillandsia usneoides i latin.
Apart from that I have no complaints. It's excellent, at 900 pages it's long, but the kind of long thats good.

Have to read it again to understand the next one. It's still terrific.

John Keegan has a stick in the mud moment already:
