I am in such a slump. Help.

I am waiting for her to leave Lee. She has been with him since the beginning so there is no way. I really like him but I’m waiting for the betrayal but I so don’t want it to happen.

Yuck. Biggest ick. This book is poorly written and just so cringe and bleh. I am not one to be phased by writing or by “cringe” content in romance books but this is so bad. I want to DNF but I’m so close to finishing. After getting this far I deserve to have this count to my books of the year. I don’t know if I can listen to any more of this, genuinely.

How have I already gotten an ick 3 times? This writing so far is not great and that isn’t something I normally comment on - I am not normally fussed. This? Idk if I will finish this

I have to have missed something. I feel like they went from nothing to apparently in love and obsessed with each other out of literally no where??

OMFG A BOOK ACTUALLY WITH THE NBA I AM SAT. I am enjoying this one so far! I feel like I have audio booked it and therefore may have missed a few bits but love their chemistry!

I don’t know what I am doing here but I don’t think I am mad about it? I have heard Jo talk about it a few times lately and I am intrigued 🤔

Wanted a physical book that I want to read but will also keep me engaged. I feel like my last few books haven’t been big hits so I have been a bit disappointed up until this point. I’m hoping a military romance (and Rebecca Yarros) will get me out of this slump. 🤞

Unfortunately, I think I am DNFing. I don’t think that this is my type of horror because although things are happening and I see the direction it’s going, I feel like it’s just so sporadic (he is a psychopath so not surprised?) to the point where I’m unable to properly enjoy it. I’m going to watch the movie thou 😢
