I am either dumb or really dumb because I didn’t realise that this was the same plot at Manacled but only no HP characters/world/magic system. Are they going to include any surprise plot twists or new storyline’s so it’s slightly different to the manacled story???? No shade if NOT I will still read it xxx

I’ve always thought grief/death has to be one of the most difficult emotions to portray in writing because hooooow can you describe the one thing that is unimaginable until it happens. I’ve read a few books in the past two years that have captured it and this is one of them!

Reading a book by someone you know personally is an interesting experience. I thought I would be thinking the whole time “Elaine wrote this, Elaine wrote this” but so far I’ve been completely swept up in the story… which I’d say is a veddy veddy good sign that I’m enjoying it. It definitely reminds me of a TJR book in style - one for the romantico girlies who also love music 🎶

I got this book for secret santa at my office book club and I am enjoying it so much. My mum started reading it before I did because she had nothing to read and she was like GIRL ur gonna love this book. I keep CHUCKLIN’ out loud and smiling. Some authors have 10/10 senses of humour and they’re so clever
