Words can't explain how happy I am that this hasn't been a huge let down, like some other books that are also touted as 'must reads of the fantasy genre'. Truly exceptional so far!

This book has to have some of the best written women in the entire fantasy genre.

The first book was so unique, how did this one turn into one cliche after another?? If this continues to read like an everyday trashy romance, I'm outta here.

Okay the last thing I expected from this book was commentary on how the world vulgarises and shames vaginas. Honi Soit cover, anyone? My inner feminist is in love.

Can Blake please have his own book. Please. He could just be stuck in bathrooms the entire time and I'd still read it.

If the rest of the book is going to be like this, I just can't. I love my angsty, tear-jerker books, but Brandon is coming across as an obsessive stalker - I mean, who gets that obsessed with someone THAT quickly (makes a book dedicated to them, gets depressed that they can't find them, so depressed they get sick)??? I hope there's a reason for this, like some kind of deep seated psychological issue.
