I like how the author writes the story realistic. When the characters are speaking, they speak naturally not like reading a book but it actually feel natural.

I really like how there is a lot of talking between her and her friend Lee Lee because it is realistic and shows how they are really close. I noticed that this book has a really short chapter and since there's a lot of chapter, it sometimes makes me think what this chapter is about!

So far I like this book! Some times the font change to show how it's a different situation for example, when it's a letter.

I only read a little bit but in that one page, it included so much information about the main character and their relationship. Now I know about her mom's brother!

I just started reading this book but it is really nice! I was able to visual the setting and it showed peoples relation ship clearly mostly between her mom and her friend Lee Lee!

I like how the part I was reading told what happened step by step telling the exact time and action. I also liked how the author told about the reputition saying that Journey's mom and teachers ask the same thing when she's in a bad mood or made a mistake.

I liked how the part I was reading had strong feelings about Journey and others. I loved the part when her mom said, "'Sadness is the price we pay for love, Journey.'"

I liked how in the beginning of the chapter, it talked about one theme and I liked how it was showing an example using characters nightmare.

I started reading this book from the start of winter break and I like it! I found some reputation that I noticed today.

This book had a lot of small detail by saying it and showing it by the pictures. It's a little dark but I could understand what's happeining.

It was fun reading this book and I was able to understand a lot about Yoshitsune / truly about him? And since I understand Japanese, it was fun reading in English but also little bit of Japanese in it!

The part I read, I liked how it was giving small details like winter air and shadows. This made me know how the out side feels and I was able to know whats happening more.

I am excited to read more of this book.

I thought that fighting for what they want can help them self and also many people if they want it but is a high risk to stand up. If you make a mistake, you can possibly end up in prison...

So far, I learned about Elizabeth Candy Stanton, Susan B. Anthony and more. I like how mostly every new setting, it tells me the exact year and month, sometimes dates too. I also like how in this book, it repeats the important quote the person had said.

I like how this book shows a lot of team work and empathy to each other! I helps me remind that being kind to each other helps a lot of people in any way!

For today's reading, it was fun reading this book like always and I am so excited to read more and more to read what would happen next.

On the page I was reading, it was getting interesting because it was a problem that would lead Parvana (MC) to change. So far, I enjoy reading this book getting more interesting every time I read! Historical book are a little scary since if you visualize it, it is bloody.
