I can't help but draw comparisons with the deal as I read this and omg john's backstory and character arc so far is so much more mature and well built I'm in awe

this counts towards 1/3 of my "terrible romance books" that i read every year to make up for my yearly reading goal

reading these essays makes one realize how we, as a society, are nearly not as feminist as we should be after all that our mothers have been through since the dawn of time

okay I have thots
since I picked this book up and was 50 pages in, i knew this was gonna be at least a 4 star read for me but the way ch 30 is written just bumped it up to 4.5. tho I am a bit icked out by yet another romance book fmc suddenly wanting to leave her career (70% into the book and there were no signs before this)the moment she falls deeper in love please don't pull an emily henry on me ashley i hate itttt

they're so ved and tara from tamasha lolll. love how romantically the scenes from 7 years past are written 💛🍋

this book makes me so happy so far like shes so blessed by the women in her life - her aunt, rhonda, her friends ugh i love itttt
