forget what I said about the miscommunication trope this book has me hooked

I am loving this book but finding out it’s a giant miscommunication trope is devastating. That’s one of my biggest book pet peeves ever. I’m gonna give it a shot because it’s so good so far but i’m gonna be annoyed.
